Our Policies
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept e-transfer and cash. Please confirm your preferred method when booking.
Student safety is our top priority. Lessons may be paused or ended early if conditions are deemed unsafe for learning.
Please be ready at your pick-up location on time. Lessons that start late due to student tardiness will still end at the scheduled time.
